I build companies from a small town in New Zealand with AI increasingly doing what employees used to.

I run two fintech companies. One has a small team. The other has none. The gap between what those two can do is shrinking fast.

Think Do Repeat is where I think out loud about what that means. For founders, for companies, for countries. I write about AI as leverage, building with far fewer people than used to be necessary, and why the next decade belongs to those who can think clearly and build fast.

This isn’t a newsletter full of tips. It’s one person’s notebook from the middle of a shift that’s moving quicker than most people realise. Some of it will be wrong. All of it will be honest.

This publication is also an experiment. The entire pipeline, from capturing ideas to drafting, editing, and publishing, is run by AI. I think, then AI does the rest. I write about that too.

I’m not on social media. If you want to say something, ben@thinkdorepeat.ai.

If that sounds interesting, subscribe. If something resonates, forward it to someone who’s building.
