I build companies from a small town in New Zealand.
I run two fintech companies. One has a small team. The other has none. The gap between what those two can do is shrinking fast.
Think Do Repeat is where I write about that shift: AI as leverage, companies built with far fewer people, and what happens when judgment matters more than headcount.
This is not a newsletter of tips. It’s a notebook from inside the transition, grounded in real products, real customers, and real constraints. Some of it will be wrong. It will at least be honest.
The publication is also part of the experiment. The pipeline behind it, from capturing ideas to drafting, editing, and publishing, runs on AI systems I’ve built. I still decide what matters, what’s true, and what gets published. That distinction is the point.
I’m not on social media. If you want to reach me, ben@thinkdorepeat.ai.
If this resonates, subscribe. If you know someone building in this new world, send it to them.
